KIRF- Key Instant Recall Facts
Your child should have brought home a copy of the KIRFs for their year group for this half term. Please spend some time helping your child with these - little and often is the key.
They are as follows:
Year 1: I can say the number that is one more and one less than a given number to 50
Year 2: I know the multiplication and division facts for the 2 times table and can link this to doubling and halving
Year 3: I can count in multiples of 4, 8, 50 or 100 from any given number.
Year 4: I know the multiplication and division facts for the 7 times table.
Year 5: I know the common fraction, decimal and percentage equivalents.
Year 6: I can recall metric conversions
